Grievance Policy and Procedures

The C.V. Starr Community Center has adopted a formal complaint and grievance policy and grievance form for prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging concerns, complaints or requests for access to Center programs. The Center’s Complaint and Grievance Policy and Grievance Form are provided below. Grievances can be submitted to the ADA/Section 504 Coordinator.

Starr Community Center to comply with Title II of the ADA and Section 504 and to review concerns, complaints or requests regarding access to the C.V.
