Group Fitness Classes

We offer Group Fitness, Spin, and Yoga  classes in two large dedicated rooms. Our Dance/Aerobics room was designed with high-energy group exercise classes in mind. The hardwood flooring, mirrored walls, state of the art sound system, and the capacity for over 30 participants in some classes make it the ideal place to enjoy a great workout. In addition, we have a Multipurpose exercise room that regularly hosts early morning and evening group spin classes. We also offer a variety of Aquatic classes in our Lap Pool as well as our Leisure Pool.

Cardio Spin on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am, Circuit on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6am, and Bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm are subject to separate fees. All classes require either a membership or drop-in pass in order to attend.
